Windows 10: USB type C port can show display but no data transfer and I/O device also doesn't work.

OverviewMy laptop USB type C port suddenly acting weird. it can show display to my monitor and my pen display, but it can't be used for data transfer and I/O devices, which is a very weird problem as it usually the other way around. Every data transfer functions doesn't works unless it connected before the laptop turned on.What did I do so it happened?Honestly, I have no idea what of my action that might cause the problem as I haven't used the port for data transfer or drawing with my pen d
