Getting this on freshly installed laptop

This causes quite a high battery drain during sleep

I initially thought it was BT/Wifi card, but after replacing it nothing changed.

Any thoughts?

 

Installing windows off of a USB stick

Step By Step from vista:
From admin cmd prompt

1. diskpart
1a. list disk
2. select disk 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
3. clean
4. create partition primary
5. select partition 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
6. active
7. format fs=fat32
8. assign
9. exit

Copy Windows Vista's DVD ROM content to the Flash Drive

xcopy d:\*.* /s/e/f e:\ (d being your vista cd and e being your usb stick)

And that's it, boot off your usb disk

Probably caused by : UsbHub3.sys ( UsbHub3!TelemetryData_CreateReport+ba )

The issue appears to be with the UsbHub3.sys which is a component of Windows.

As the UsbHub3.sys appears to be at version 10.0.14393.0 I am going to suggest to try installing the Creators Update which will update the UsbHub3.sys and perhaps correct any configuration issue.

As a general precaution back up any critical files beforehand. Consider uninstalling Kaspersky beforehand (use Windows Defender and firewall instead) and then you could reinstall Kaspersky afterwards.

Also, does the USB stick work if plugged into a USB 2.0 port?
