USB video issues post Windows 11 update

I have a 2 monitors off my HP laptop one uses HDMI and one uses a port from my 4-port USB extension, both of these were working fine in Windows 10. Post migration to Windows 11, both the monitors work fine after a reboot but on any subsequent hibernate/resume, HDMI works fine but the USB video monitor doesn't come online until I unplug the USB cable and plug it back in note that I have a HD off this same 4 port USB extender and this works fine. Once I unplug the cable and plug it back in, it works fine until the next hibernate. I suspect an issue with the USB video drivers, any suggestions

    :)
