Windows 10: USB xHCI Compliant Host Controller not working. Only 1 USB port working and PC won't...

Yesterday, all of a sudden after a 'update and restart' all of my usb ports stopped working, except for one usb port on which I'm using my mouse. After some time I found the Bluetooth to be missing as well.When contacted Microsoft support Executive, I found 'USB xHCI Compliant Host Controller' has got warning sign. It says code 10 cannot start. The driver rollback option is disabled. I tried to uninstall that driver and override the Asmedia usb controllers as well according to the representative. But at the end my system won't restart properly rendering all these efforts useless.Plus i tried s

None my USB ports are working. I tried all the driver updateds, Install and Install of the USB xHCI Compliant Host Controller not working. And, Restart..

But nothing get to work yet. Please provide help!!

Since, I could never made boot drive/CD after upgrade from 8.1 to Windows 10. There is no way for me to reinstall Windows 10. If my USB port could have been working. I could make bootable USB drive for this day to trouble shoot.

Please suggest how do I get my USB pots to work. Thanks.

Only one is listed, the same "USB xHCI Compliant Host Controller".

I think that also when the "Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible host controller - 1.0 (microsoft)" was in the computer, it would still only list this "USB xHCI Compliant Host Controller". But unfortunately
i have no way to check it atm.
