Windows 10: UsbHub3.sys driver crash with USBIP

I've been working on a USBIP driver for Windows 10 22H2. It's been performing well so far, however I get a BSOD occasionally after enumerating a new device.The BSOD occurs when UsbHub3.sys attempts to get all the device descriptors from the USB device. various ntoskrnl.exe blue screens with other drivers like usbhub3.sys mmcss.sys dxgkrnl.sys atikmpag.sys

I've been going crazy trying to diagnose various blue screens and game crashes. I really only crash while I'm playing video games.

I've ran sfc/scannow and chkdsk a million times, memtest, windows memory diagnostic, clean reinstall video card drivers.. pretty much everything but reinstalling windows. all of my minidumps point towards notskrnl.exe sometimes by itself, most of the time
with other drivers in the stack such as usbhub3.sys mmcss.sys dxgkrnl.sys atikmpag.sys

any help towards narrowing down the cause would be greatly appreciated!

GPU-Z 0.8.7 crash on launch

W1zzard is asking you to test so that he can suggest next steps and be able to troubleshoot the issue you have.
If another version works, it would be one set of steps.
If several other versions also fail/crash, then it would be another.

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
