Windows 10: USBs stops working randomly and computer crashes while shutting down or restarting

Days ago I turned on my computer and I noticed some problems with all USBs. The USBs were working as usual and randomly they stopped working, because of that I couldn’t use my keyboard or my mouse at all so I was forced to turn off my desktop by clicking on the ON and OFF button. It happened MULTIPLE times on that initial day and since then, it happens at least once a day or so. So when it happens I need to turn off the computer by using the ON and OFF button. Besides the USBs stop working randomly, my main issue now is that when the mouse and the keyboard are working and I try to turn off or

Random shut down and restart??

Computer: Intel (R) Pentium (R) Dual cpu
E220@2.406hz
2.42 GHZ, 2.00 GB of RAM
Windows xp

Ever since I replaced the fan (with heat sink) the computer has randomly shut down and then restarted, at first during streaming, and now, will shut down and restart anytime. I tried to replace the graphics card to no avail. *Confused *Mad

One suggestion was to replace the RAM.

Any suggestions on how to repair my computer?

 

Computer frequently crashes/randomly restarts.

I have now tested both of my internal SATA drives. As per your recommendation, I did not test the external USB drives. Here is a screenshot of the Seatools results:





If you look down the Drive Status column, the two drives listed as "Long Generic - Pass" are my only two internal drives.

The two that read "Identify" are external USB drives.

The two at the bottom that say "Ready to Test" are USB flash drives (one is the one that I used to boot Memtest86, the other contains the photos of the Memtest86 results that I took with my camera).
