  1. Use Cellular data for non UWP/WinUI apps

Is there any way to allow usage of cellular data for programs I've installed that were not installed from the Microsoft store? It's frustrating to have unlimited data and be crippled by the fact I can't access them unless they're on Wifi. What's the point of having Cellular data if it's only usable by a select small few amount of apps?I can't access data with Steam, Discord, or Spotify to name a few and I'm not downloading the WinUI/UWP version of Spotify just to use it. Sure I can access the web ui versions of these services from an internet browser but that kills that point of extra features

    :)
