Windows 10: use memory card

I would like to transfer items to memory card. For some reason the card won't take it. I'm getting an error stating I can't update my window because of no space.

Memory card drive z has an X and cannot be accessed

I followed your steps and now the Z (memory card) drive is gone from the menu list. The drive slot still lights up on the computer when I put in a memory card.
