    Use new cam for mic?


    I am new to this brand, but I like what I've seen so far. One problem: I want to set the mic on my new HelloCam to be the default system mic in Windows 11. I have found no way to do this. Win 11 apparently won't even recognize that HelloCam exists although the cam seems to work fine and keeps suggesting I make a pair of headphones to be my default mic. Downloaded and ran the software settings update, etc., but no joy. Anybody solved this one yet for HelloCAM?I am currently working my way through the Online Mic Test.

    i tried everything, but my laptop mic or my apple airpod max mic wont work

    also did everything for the cam but nothing changed

    Use new cam for mic?

    USB Mic Problems.

    The next step is what I suggested originally. Try it in a friend's PC or take it to Best Buy and ask them to try it one of their PC's. Have to confirm the mic is working OK.
