    Hello,


    I had a relatively old machine (lenovo 2014, all in one PC) with no operating system. I recently purchased a Windows 10 and installed it on my PC. However, it seems one of my drivers is not compatible with Windows 10. It keeps crashing by showing "Power State Failure". I've done all the troubleshooting and got the manufacturer driver update as well however it didn't solve my problem.


    I installed Windows 8.1 and everything seems fine. Can I use my product key I got for Windows 10 and downgrade it for Windows 8.1, please? Or can I return Windows 10 and purchase Windows 8.1 instead?

    I don't think that tool asks for a key if you are running the version of Windows you are trying to download the ISO for.

    Thanks but I don't want to do any decrypting. I want to download a Win 10 ISO from Microsoft and install it using my Win 8 key. No other steps required. Is that possible?
