Used a business account during setup of a new laptop and now cant login using it or any other account.

How can I setup my new Dell laptop with an business account (email ending with ''onmicrosoft.com''?

I recently bought an office 365 subscription for my business, while trying to setup my new laptop I couldn't use my ''onmicrosoft'' account. The only way I could login was using my normal emailadress but that's the one without a subscription. For the subscription I had to make a new account ending with ''onmicrosoft.com'', but now I can't use it while setting up my new laptop. How can I solve this issue?

 

How to change a personal account login to a business login

Hi Community

I have a new laptop for a new job. Before I recieved my new company email address I used a personal address to setup my laptop. However, now I have two logins for the machine. One for the laptop login and one for 365 and other programs.

So, my question is; how do I change my password? I have tried through sign in preferences but it tells me I cant use a business email address.

Please help????
