    I used to be able to scan from my Office Jet 3830 printer but for the past two months I keep getting the message the scan feature is turned off ....... How do I fix this?

    HP Office Jet 3830 disconnected

    My HP office jet 3830 keeps disconnecting from my computer saying it needs user intervention. I re-installed the driver and that didn't help.
