Windows 10: useful touchpad shortcuts/gestures i didnt know but now use all the time

And you can even customize them in the windows settings. Just type "touchpad" in the windows search to navigate to the touchpad settings.

Disabling touchpad gestures in Windows 10

Hi Andrzej,

Precision touchpad is one of the improvements recently brought to Windows 10 to support touch gestures. Is you device running on Windows Creators Update? If yes, follow the steps below to disable touchpad:

• Go to Settings.
• Select Ease of Access.
• Click Touchpad.
• Under Touchpad, toggle the switch on or off.
• You can also uncheck the box beside Leave touchpad on the when a mouse is connectedoption to disable it when you use a traditional mouse.
  

Once done with the steps above, check if the issue will persist.

Adding/Changing Gestures/Shortcuts for Touchpad Controls?






That menu and the one below it are basically what I want to change or add to. I have absolutely no need for opening Cortana on the fly and I doubt I'll rarely find a use for needing to open the action center menu very quickly either. There are so many more useful options for this and for some idiotic reason there's no option for anything else in this submenu, not even an option to create your own shortcut.

With that said, is there a registry edit or other method of changing or adding options to this submenu or a way to change these shortcut taps without even having to bother with that menu? Most of the gestures as they are are extremely useful and I'd love to know how to make it that much better.

Any help will be thoroughly appreciated.
