Windows 10: User Account Control Problem with Windows 10

Dear AllI am using Power Manager Lite to manage my UPS box with my pc. I recently installed the program for the first time since using Windows 10.Every time the pc loads Windows, a User Account Control box appears with the query:-"Do you want to allow this app from an unknown publisher to make changes to your device? PMLiteSevUI.exe" I then have to click on the "Yes" option in order to run the program.Is there a way I can prevent the User Account Control box from appearing as every time I load Windows it appears. I have ticked the "Run this program as an administrator" box on PMLiteSevUI.ex

Strange Windows 10 User Account issue.

Unfortunately I had done those steps numerous reboots, it just, reappears for no good reason. The base account isn't even a Microsoft account, it's a local account.

I haven't quite tried the built in administrator account on W10, but so far in my experience on my own computer, the built in account seemed to have absolutely no more control than I did on my own.

It's just strange, I go in, it warns me twice about deleting the account, then it's gone. Reboot, and it's back?

EDIT: Just to specify, both command line and Netplwiz both say only HIS account exists on the computer, it doesn't list this rogue account. This is what I meant in my first post about the fact that even Windows doesn't seem to believe it exists, HALF the time. *Frown

To enable the User Account Control (UAC) on Windows 10, please follow these steps:

• Click the Start button, type UAC.
• Click Change User Account Control settings.
• Choose between two options to enable UAC:
  
  • Notify when apps try to make changes to your computer.
  • Always notify when installing or making any changes to your computer.
• Click OK.
• Click Yes or enter your password to finalize the change.

Steps to disable User Account Control (UAC).

• Click the Start button, type UAC.
• Click Change User Account Control settings.
• Click Yes or enter your password.
• Set the settings to Never notify.
• Click OK to save the settings.
