  1. User Account Control

I downloaded a program for a company I will be working for online. When I click on the desktop icon, it continues to give me the prompt, "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" I've already answered "Yes" but it keeps asking me every time I click on it. How do I get this to simply take me to the company's website without the hassle of answering this question every time?

    :)
