Windows 10: User account is sleeping or crashing mutliple systems when logged in

Discus and support User account is sleeping or crashing mutliple systems when logged in in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I have a user who's account seems to be shutting down systems if they log in.     I have a user who's account seems to be shutting down systems if they log in. This is happening across multiple systems, but i'm not seeing any settings in the 365 admin page that would lead me to expect this. This is occurring across both Windows and Chromebook systems, although the account itself is Windows. This leads me to believe there is a problem somewhere with the account, but i can't see anything that looks wrong.

    I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps

    Method 1: You may check the same issue with the new user account.

    Try these steps to create a new user account and check if it fixes the issue. Refer to the steps below to create a new User Account:

    • Go to Settings.
    • Choose Accounts and then select Other User Accounts towards the left.
    • Select Add an Account.
    • Enter a user name and hit next.
    • Click on Finish.
    • Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.
    • Check if issue persists.

  3. Windows 10 user account immediately logs out

    Hi Edward,

    • Have you tried the steps provided above?
    • If you have tried the steps provided above, is issue still persisting?
    • What was the result of SFC scan? Did it find corruption or not?

    Try to create new user profile as an administrator and see if issue persists in new user profile. For creating new user profile you may refer to the steps provided below.




    • Press Windows key + R

    • Type control userpasswords2 and click OK

    • Click on add under users tab

    • Click the option, "Sign-in without a Microsoft account

    • Click on Local account

    • Choose a name for the account

    • Add password if you want to

    • Apply and click OK.

    • Are you logged in with a Microsoft account or Local account?

    • Are you trying to create new user account using Administrator account?
    I suggest you to run SFC scan.
