    Hello, I just bought an Inspirion Laptop off of Ebay. Upon using the laptop it already had an account named "User" with no password as clicking the sign in button auto logins. I don't want to reset the whole laptop just to have an account so I tried connecting a microsoft account however it asked for the laptop's microsoft password which doesn't seem to exist as there is no password screen. Is the only option to reset?
