Windows 10: User Accounts - double entry

When I start up a user called "John" appears,signs in automatically then a second "user" appears called "Carrot Museum", that signs in automatically, and I can start to work.

Only one person uses this laptop. Screen shot of users screen attached shows (4th one down) John with the full name Carrot Museum. Second attached from netplwiz shows only one user (carrot museum).

I do not recall this double entry user, who is one and the same person.

How can I prevent this double log in always appearing?

What happens if I delete that user (john - carrot museum) and create a brand new user (me!) with full admin rights?

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Press Windows + X keys, select Control Panel.
• Select User accounts.
• Select Manage other accounts.
• Double click on the account you want to delete and select
  Delete the account.
• Follow the instructions and check if it helps.

Remove account


I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

   net user test /del

 

Double entry

Since today, I only see one entry of SPB Radio in the Marketplace list. But it is the bad one. So for the moment it is impossible for me to reinstall SPB Radio if somthing should fail.
