Windows 10: User accounts missing?

Hello! I created a user account on my father in laws computer however when I went to try to log in, I couldn’t access any accounts in the Home Screen. So I deleted thinking it may have been the issue. Now I can not log out of the Standard user account I am in and no other users are showing on the log in screen. I decided to try a system restore to see if I could go. It but there is not enough memory to do that. His drive is almost completely maxed out.Now he thinks I deleted all of his files. I don’t think I did and when I go to user accounts in Control Panel, ,his account is there, it’s the A

User Account Missing after upgrading to Windows 10

User account not available issue may occur when your lost User account is not a part of any group. Therefore, I would suggest you follow the given steps and see if it helps:

• On the Search bar type “cmd” and
  click ctrl + shift + Enter to open the Elevated Command Prompt.
• Type the following command: net localgroup “Administrators” [Computer Name]\[Missing User] /add

Regarding Kaspersky not compatible, Since we do not deal with third party applications I would suggest contact the third party application manufacturer about the issue.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

I suggest you to check if the user account folders are present in Users folders.

Follow the below steps

In C drive, go to users folder and check if the user account folders are present.

If it is present create a new account and transfer the folders to new account.
