Windows 10: User accounts not visible in Windows login screen - computer managment doesn't list local...

I am trying to display all users on a seperate computer - one a volunteer will use. I have the user added to my accounts and to the Family. I can see a list of all users on my own PC that I use from the log-in screen. However, when I go to the other computer, the complete list of users is not visible.I have tried to troubleshoot using your forums and googling guidance to help me. I have learned I need to check to see if the user is hidden or disabled. But when I follow the instruction to use Computer Management to access user accounts not visible in Windows login screen:It tells me to use

I realize that you are unable to see the user accounts in the Windows login screen, let me assist you.

This issue might happen if the user account is disabled, I suggest you to follow the below steps to check if the user accounts are disabled and try enabling them.

• 
  Press Windows key + X key and click on
  Computer Management.
  
• 
  Click on Local Users and Groups in the left pane.
  
• 
  Double click on Users option and check if the accounts are visible.
  
  (The user accounts with a downward arrow symbol on it are disabled accounts.)
  
• 
  Double click on the account that you want to enable.
  
• 
  In the General tab, uncheck the option
  Account is disabled.
  
• 
  Click on Apply and then Ok.
  
• 
  Restart the system and check if the issue is resolved.

Local Account password changed to Online Account Password

Hi,

I suggest you to follow the steps on how to switch from Microsoft account to Local account:

• Click on search in taskbar and type account.
• Click on Accounts.
• Now, under Your account, click on Sign in with Local account instead.
• Enter your Microsoft account password for confirmation and then follow the screen instruction.
• Enter User name credentials for your the Local account and click OK.
• Now, login to Local account.
