Windows 10: User Administrator Password-protected How to take it of delete User

Good dayI bought 2 notebooks from a guy that is working with me and he bought it on an auction. It was a school auction that closes down because of covid-19 . The problem is that there is two Administrator user that I can't get to bypass. Even when I want to update the laptop its blocking me. Looks to me It was basically created by the user to protect the laptop as well as the kids because it was used by the a school. I can't even create a normal just a shortcut then there pops up a warning message can can't access the settings. At this moment I think it is better just throw the n

To assist you better, I would like to know whether the accounts are local account or Microsoft account. Are you trying to remove the login password?

If you are trying to remove the login password, I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• Press windows key + R to open command prompt, and type "netplwiz"
• Uncheck "user must enter user name and password to use this computer", then click "ok"
• Enter your user name and password, then click "ok"
• Restart your computer.

I would like to inform you that it is recommended to activate the password for security reasons.

Administrative password sign in request for deleted user.

This is the problem:

In the past, I had 2 user accounts. My administrator user was User01 and the other was User02. I found that there was no longer a need for two user accounts so I combined all that I needed into User02 and removed/deleted User01. I did not think to change
User02 to an administrator user. I realize now I should have thought this action through and now have to deal with the error of my ways. ( I do have what I believe was the correct password for User01. )

Shortly after this user change, the laptop Acer Aspire V5-122P-0857 was boxed for storage and our move to another state. Now I am having to address this problem and am at a loss as to what action to take.

Whenever I am prompted to enter the administrator password, the display shows User01 but will not accept the password. I can find no User01 user listed with the User02 user .
