Windows 10: User deleted via computer management however data still in use via a different account

Hello,I deleted a user account on my windows 10 PC however the user folder still exists and is being used by another userdeleted user "Video-editor" via computer managementuser "Nick" is now the only enabled account and their user folder is empty the folder has had everything deleted out of itthe only user folder in which has data is the "Video-editor" user and all the data in the folder matches what the user "Nick" sees in file explorerI would like if possible to change the name of the folder to "Nick" rather than its current "Video-editor"only way I could think of doing so is moving the co

GAH! accidently deleted a user account

its gone. not there at all.

i was deleting another old account that was no longer being used and somehow both got deleted.

i did it from the users and groups management panel in computer management.

Deleted account keeps reappearing

Step 1: Steps to Remove a User Account in Settings

  Press Windows

  /delete and hit Enter to delete the user account.
  

Step 3: Steps to Delete a User Account in Run command.

  Press Windows + R and type netplwiz, press

  Select the User account, click on the
