Windows 10: User guide app considered trojan by McAffee

Hello everyone! So I have a bit of a weird situation. A performed a scan yesterday with McAffee on my laptop and it found a trojan in this path - ProgramData => Microsoft => Windows => Start menu => Programs the program name is User Guide.lmk. However, the thing it isolates as malicious is a shortcut to a windows process called rundll32 which McAffee doesn't flag I am very confused. I ran windows defender both online and offline full scans, AVG antivirus and Malwarebytes and they found nothing.How can the problem be in a shortcut? Also this app probably came pre-installed the

Windows Defender and McAffee

sadly not...I uninstalled the programme but there is a second item listed in programmes which seems to be an empty file, just a banner for McAffee LIvesafe asking me to update my subscription. When I try to uninstall that I get a pop up asking which file
I want...but there is no option to highlight and nothing listed. I can't delete it through right click either. I've restarted twice and still have Defender saying I need to update Virus protection and Firewall through McAffee....

Wondering if I should install the McAffee uninstaller as someone suggested above??

 

Gpuz A Trojan???!!!!

Never had the problem with McAffee, Avast or AVG. It's deffinitely not a trojan.
