Windows 10: User is always logged in after turning on computer? How to log out?

Every time I turn on my computer and a select a different user than the last one I used when I shut down that account still says logged in. Is there a way to log out the profile once I shut down my computer?

Thank you for updating us. it is truly possible that another user is still being recognized by your operating system. To disconnect the other user logged in, you may follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + Shift key + Esc
  to go to Task Manager.
• Go to the Users tab.
• If you see the other user there, right-click on it and press Disconnect.

Windows users can't log in

The DNS server has collapsed. However, users cannot log into the domain?

I thought as long as they log in once, their credentials were saved locally into the computer?
