Windows 10: User list doesn't show after uninstalling Lockdown Browser

My son had to use Lockdown Browser for one of his classes. Since the program was removed, we have a problem. When the PC is booted up, only the most recent user can log on. There are no other users listed. But if that user logs on then logs off, all the other users are listed.Lockdown Browser created similar problems shutdown & restart not listed on logon screen which I fixed by clearing some registry entries it added. I'm wondering if there is another registry entry that I missed related to displaying the list of users?

Can't uninstall Lockdown browser

I have win 10 version 1909, I needed to download the browser called Lockdown, this was needed for school, taking tests online. Since Lockdown was downloaded, I am having a myriad of problems.

First I lost the power buttons to shut down, restart, I have also had the B.S. of D. I have tried to uninstall the browser 3 different ways. No matter which method I use is unsuccessful.

I get the error (-5000 0x80070002).

In services windows update is automatic

I would appreciate and help.

I have also tried to do a restore, somehow I lost all of the restore points. I have tried to do a recovery, no luck.

Thank you for responding.

I have tried to uninstall the browser using Add/Uninstall programs, I have tried using tools in ccleaner, which lets you add/unistall programs, as well as trying to remove the file on C: drive. These 3 ways of uninstalling programs does not work. I get
the error (-5000, 0x80070002),

I cannot uninstall this Lockdown browser. I have talked to I.T. dept. of the college that this browser pertains too, I was told that there is no issue.

I have also trouble shooter, for some reason the error is stating that their is an Windows Update issue.

I appreciate any other help you can give.

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
