  1. "User Mode Driver framework Host Process" task is taking up all my memory

I've updated drivers as recommended but it still keeps happening - I think it has something to do with dual monitors that I'm using with my laptop, and the usb hub they connect in through have been in the office recently and I don't get the issue using their monitors/usb hub - but the drivers are all up to date for this, and still the problem occurs. It didn't used to do this about 6-8 weeks ago - and I don't know wht has changed in that time. I don't know what else to try but this is a daily problem and is very restrictive.

Windows Driver Foundation - User-mode Driver Framework Host Process High CPU usage

In Task Manager -> Processes, "Windows Driver Foundation - User-mode Driver Framework Host Process" is using a lot of CPU time. It's at 5 or 6% after a reboot, but the more time that goes by, and the more I go into standby and come out, the higher the utilization
    goes.

This is a new problem, but I was having it before this most recent windows update.

There is a question from 2017 that has this same title, but that question is locked, and this seems to be different.

I have not installed anything recently - some things on the web say to reinstall drivers - but which drivers should I reinstall?
