User permission for using command line

I am trying to automate a process at work using an AutoHotkey-script. I need to use command line when running a given program for adding -FO and -V. What kind of permission is needed for this? Right now I only have reading permission for both the folder and the exe-file for the given program. Should writing permission be enough or do I need administrator? If this works as intended I will share it with my colleagues but it might not be possible if all of us need administrator for it to work. Is there a workaround if that is the case? Is it possible to compile the script, then give that specifi

Suggestion: /? (-?) and /help (-help) command-line arguments to show a list of all possible arguments in a small window. *Smile User permission for using command line :)

User permission for using command line

    Command line/tab

Hello. I've looked everywhere I can think of and can't seem to find a list of command line commands. Does such a list exist, and if so does anyone know where I can find it?

Also, I read in an older post that a command to let you open GPU-Z to a specific tab was going to be included in the next release. I was just wondering if that is the case and if so, how do I use it?

Thanks very much for a wonderful piece of software! *Smile User permission for using command line :)
