Windows 10: User profile cannot be loaded plus Safe mode does not work after resetting the pc

After resetting my windows computer, I tried to log in to my user account but I got User profile cannot be loaded error. So I tried to switch to safe mode to fix the problem, but safe mode doesn't work either. When I enter my credentials there, it keeps loading and nothing happens.What can I do to fix this ? I'm having an exam next week and need to fix this asap.*** moved to english Community ***

Hi, my Windows 10 machine won't allow me log in.

The user profile service failed the sign in

PLUS

Safeboot doesn't load

System Restore can't find a restore point

PC Repair doesn't work

Enabled the Administration account but that won't load either.

Factory reset is done using the OEM configured recovery partition and is different from normal reset. Different OEMs use different methods to carry out the factory reset operation on different system models. However, when you perform a factory reset,
it should prompt you to create a new user account as soon as the reset is complete.

• While resetting the computer, were you prompted to configure a new Windows account on it?
  
• Are you able to sign into the ‘Other User’ account in normal mode?
  
• How are you trying to boot it into safe mode?
  
• How is the monitor connected to CPU?
  

If the monitor is connected through HDMI port, there could be a possibility that the drivers are not loaded in safe mode, I suggest to try connecting the monitor using a VGA port and then boot the computer into safe mode. Once the computer boots into
safe mode, you can create a new administrator account and reboot the computer into normal mode.

I understand the inconvenience caused to you with the user accounts on Windows 10.

Method 1: I suggest you enter into safe mode and enable built-in administrator and check with the status of User profile service.

Step 1: Start computer in safe
mode.

• 
  Type Settings in the search box on the desktop, select
  Settings.
  
• 
  Here select Change pc settings and then
  General.
  
• 
  Scroll down to Advanced startup, click
  Restart now.
  
• 
  Click on Troubleshoot, Advanced options, and Startup Settings.
  
• 
  Click Restart, select Safe mode and then press
  Enter.
  

Step 2: Enable Built-in administrator.

• • 
    Press Windows + X key together on your desktop screen.
    
  • 
    Click on Command Prompt (admin) to open
    Command Prompt.
    
  • 
    Type the following command and hit Enter:
    

• 
  net user administrator /active: yes
  (Check for the spaces)
  

d. Now log off from the current user and try to login to the administrator account that is enabled.

Note: Please follow the same steps and type net user administrator /active: no to disable admin account after the troubleshooting is done.

Method 2: Try to create a new user account (Microsoft account) and check if you are able to access the content from your computer

Method 3: Check the status of User profile services.

Steps:

• Press Windows + R to open Run command, type
  Services.msc and press Enter.
• Search for User Profile Service, right click on it and
  start the service.
• Also, set the Startup type to
  Automatic.
• Now check if you are able to log-in.
