Windows 10: User Profile Not Displayed In Settings

I have a fresh install of Win10Pro and I'm having trouble with profiles.

I can't turn off the log in step on startup (I've been through the process of turning it off, as seen in the image), and sometimes it shows a second profile with the same name (but without a profile pic). This second profile is not showing up in settings>accounts>family & other users. How do I find and remove the second profile and turn off password/pin login step please?

This issue might be due to the User profile Services, please follow the below and check.

I suggest you to Check the status of User profile services.

Steps:

• Press Windows + R to open Run command, type
  Services.msc and press Enter.
• Search for User Profile Service, right click on it and
  start the service.
• Also, set the Startup type to
  Automatic.
• Now check if you are able to log-in.

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?

One of the possible reasons why you are experiencing this issue is due to a User Profile corruption. To address this concern, we suggest creating a Test User Profile. Using the Test User Profile, check if you will have the same issue with customizing the
size of text and apps on your device. This is for us to test if the issue is isolated with one User Profile or with multiple accounts.

To create a Test User Profile, follow these steps:

• On Search, type Settings then hit the Enter key.
  
• On Settings window, select Accounts.
• Select Family & other people.
• Select Add someone else to this PC.
• Name the User Profile as TEST.
• Assign a password for TEST user, then select Next.
  
• Sign in TEST user.
