Windows 10: User profile picture

Hello, How do I change my picture on my user profile. I changed my photo in my microsoft "manage account" my sync is on. Still, the picture in my user profile and in my office programs for that matter, still reflects the old picture.Thanks

From the description of the issue, I understand that Windows Welcome Screen does not display the profile picture upon logon.

To be able to assist you better, provide us few more details on the below questions.

- Are you the only user on the computer?

- Have you set a password to your user account?

As an initial recommendation, I would suggest you to change the default behavior and check if that enables the welcome screen.



Follow these steps:

a. Type “netplwiz” (without double quotes) in the Start search box and hit Enter.

b. Under “Users” tab, check the "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer" option.

c. Click “Apply” and “OK” to save the settings.

A1- i guess local. (please check the attachment,i'm following those steps to do it, if it helps you to figure out if it's on PC or local)

The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded.

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?
