Windows 10: User Profile Server Failure + Safe Mode Error

Hello! I'm not sure if others have faced the same problem as I have however, whenever I try to get into my PC, it shows this User Profile Service failed to sign in.According to my research, this should be a temporary error however, this has gone for 3 days already this is the third day. So I searched on how to fix it. The videos told me to do this: Shift+Restart and when I do that, they tell me to go to Troubleshoot where apparently, the reset button and advance options should appear. However, all that appears is Advance Options and in Advance Options, the only thing I see is Startup Setting

Cannot create a new user account that can be login.

Michelle, I followed exactly all your steps and when in Safe Mode login to the new user account, the same error message about profile service failure appeared. What do you suggest next.
