Windows 10: User profile service failed the sign-in, user profile cannot be loaded + UI glitch, and...

I have attempted to log onto another user on my computer, however it came up with the 'User profile service failed the sign-in error'. All the solutions to this problem have involved going to the admin account to fix it, however I cannot even use the admin profile, as the profile selection down the bottom left of the computer has somehow dissapeared.I have no third-party software.This is occuring on a Windows 10 deviceIs there a way to get back to my original account?

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?

did full reset to transfer ownership of Dell laptop. Can't boot up. Get this message

After a reset of Windows 10 when I attempt to sign in using PIN or password I am getting a message The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded. Please advise on how I can sign in. Thank you
