Windows 10: user profile service failed the sign-in user profile cannot be loaded

Help me."the user profile service failed the sign-in user profile cannot be loaded" and safe mode don't accept my password.I am being locked out of window because of this. When i enter the correct password it gives me the error. It shows up when i type the correct password but not when it's incorrect, same thing happen after i changed my Microsoft password through my phone. I tried getting into safe mode via Shift+Restart. Advanced option. Startup settings. But all 3 of them doesn't work and said incorrect password. Even though i can use that same password to get in Command Prompt in Advanced

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?

did full reset to transfer ownership of Dell laptop. Can't boot up. Get this message
