Windows 10: User Profile Service Failed the Sign-in Windows 11

I am having the User Profile Service Failed the Sign-in Windows 11 issue. I tried the fixes listed in the below thread and nothing worked. User Profile Service Failed the Sign-in Windows 10 and 11 - Microsoft CommunityI didn't try to add a new user as there was no reply to confirm if that resolved the issue, and I didn't really follow how that would impact the existing user profile. If I have to rebuild / replace my user profile it is imperative it ultimately has the same username as the current profile to preserve multiple database links tied to OneDrive. Does anyone have an "easy" fix

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?

See if you may be able to use OPTION FOUR in the tutorial below to enable the built-in Administrator account at boot.

If so, then sign in to the built-in Administrator account to be able to do the steps in the tutorial below for this error.
