User Reports Random Event Viewer Error 6003, Followed by a Blue Screen and Critical Error 41

    Greetings,

We have a user working in a remote location receiving random error 6003 in event viewer, that is followed by a blue screen and reboot. The Event Viewer subsequently shows error 41.

This seems to happen without rhyme or reason, randomly; sometimes multiple times in the same day.

The error doesn't always produce a MINIDUMP log file. However, over the last couple of months it has.

I have placed these errors in a zip file, and uploaded them at the following URL:

    https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Ua2OlyhNjRo2MYDzWvk7KuHmN0lJFgxE/view?usp=sharing

Troubleshooting this issue is problematic, as we are not always able to be on site; and the end user is not aware of anything that they have done or that they are able to repeat to cause the error.

I appreciate any thoughts or advice regarding this matter.

    Thank you!

    :)

    Error in Event Viewer

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

As you have mentioned, you have performed a repair installation on the computer and you see Event 508, 510 and 533 in Event Viewer.

I would like to inform that if you see any critical error in Event Viewer, please share the event logs with us to help you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps. Please follow the steps mentioned below to share the event logs:

    1. Press Windows + X from the keyboard, select
      Event Viewer.
    2. Expand Windows Logs from the left pane and select
      Applications.
    3. Click Filter Current Log from extreme right pane. Then in the new windows check the box beside
      Error and click OK.
    4. Now, look for a critical Error in the list and note down the message/information from the
General Tab in the lower section.

Please reply with the status of the issue, we will be glad to help you further.

    Regards,

ATi Tool error in Event Viewer

I uninstalled ATI Tool about a month ago, yet there are still ATI Tool related error messages sprinkled throughout my Event Viewer. This is what the error is:

"The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
    ATITool"

Why is it there? Has ATI Tool not uninstalled correctly? *Bang Head :banghead:

    Help please.

Tons of event viewer errors, warnings and criticals!

Have you actually got troubles with the pc? If not don't you worry about so called critical errors listed in the event viewer. What MS understands as critical error should not be confused with what common sense would understand under that term, the MS definition of a critical error is much broader. Generally if there is no actual problem with the pc it's not worth bothering since I have not seen a single Windows pc that does not show a critical error here and there in the event viewer. The event viewer is a nice tool to troubleshoot but only for that. Checking it without actually having troubles with that specific pc is like running to a doctor and make him conduct countless test only because you might someday get some sort of cancer. If the pc is doing fine don't spoil that positive experience by looking for troubles where there are none.
