Windows 10: User Select on Windows Startup

I currentlly have two user profiles in my machine. One is a work account and one is a school account and the other is a local account. Ideally, I would like to have the local account to not need a password, however I have something that is bugging me. Whenever I start up my machine it automatically logs me in or asks for the password of the last account that was used. So if I want to sign into the other account I need to go through the log in process and load the desktop, then log out for it to finally give me the user select option in the bottom left of my screen, where I can choose the oth

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

I suggest you to follow the step provided below to switch user.

• 
  Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete key.
  
• 
  Click on Switch User.
  
• 
  And select your user account.
  

Follow the steps provided below to remove Microsoft account.

• 
  Press Windows + I key.
  
• 
  Click on Accounts.
  
• 
  In your accounts, at the bottom click on the account you want to remove.

  Then click on Remove button.

Blank Screen after Latest Windows 10 Update-- Cannot Switch Between users.

As our initial troubleshooting step, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Press Windows + R and type "msconfig".
• Select Selective startup and Load system services.
• Unselect Load system startup items.
