Windows 10: User service fail to sign in and unable to enter safe mode

I wiped my laptop recently and when attempting to sign in I am shows an error saying "The User Profile service service failed the sign in" "User profile cannot be loaded". Looking online I've seen similar issue that require going into safe mode to fix the issue, shift + restart doesn't allow me into safe mode, holding the power button during sign in doesn't do anything either. I have no other profiles so I am unable to sign in to fix the issue.

You have booted to Safe made and looked at the user accounts listed as being available to sign-in to at the Safe mode login screen?

[I am not referring to anything you might try to do once you have entered Safe mode, I am talking about the Safe mode login screen shown before you enter Safe mode]

If Administrator is not shown in that list then I agree that the only remedy we are allowed to suggest in this forum is to reinstall Windows.

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?

Hello, i need help with "The user Profile Service service failed to sign-in"

I've tried many methods, from using safe mode and enter regedit, entering new user from the command prompt, resetting the pc (keep my files), but still it doesn't work and it wont let me sign out!

I keep turning back to the "failed to sign in" pop up cycle

Please help me solve this because i need the data in the laptop asap
