Windows 10: user "SYSTEM" is Deny in Local Disk C

I can't change the User "SYSTEM" from Deny to Allow in "Local Disk C", Need administrator rights to change it, while the user account is admin but can't change it, please help me to solve this problem! Thank you.

i changed my security setting to me local disk C , and now it does not open , i am the administrator , i tried to change security setting again but my access is denied , my access is denied to all the setting , i turned on the safe mood , and opened the
built-in admin user to try to change administrator permission from there , but also the access is denied message still appear , what to do in this case???

My local disk c is showing access denied i tried to go to properties and tried but still not working it is showing like this "cant open access control editor access is denied" and i don't have 2 user accounts only one account that is only admin
