Windows 10: User type problems

I got problems with my account as shown here:when I try to "Continue" and follow what it says concerned me:I then saw this but there's a problem with step 2, "In the left pane of Microsoft Management Console, select Local Users and Groups.If you don't see Local Users and Groups, it's probably because that snap-in hasn't been added to Microsoft Management Console. Follow these steps to install it:In Microsoft Management Console, select the File menu, and then click Add/Remove Snap-in.Select Local Users and Groups, and then select Add.Select Local computer

The other reason I suggested this is that users can add characters to their username that are not alphanumeric (e.g. user*). This confuses things somewhat when looking at the list.

 

User Account Type/Stuck in Administrator mode.

how many user account you have on your computer?


follow below steps and check if it helps.

• Win + R type netplwiz
• Select the user and click on properties.
• Go to Group membership tab
• Change account type and click apply and ok.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
