Windows 10: user unable to install print drivers after windows update

After the Aug 2021 update normal domain users are unable to print. The get a pop up about needing to update printer. It will not allow them to do so. If I login as administrator I don't even get the popup and it prints just fine. I have removed all updates that got install with the Aug updates. After doing so everything works just fine.FYI I have a GPO set up for regular domain users to be able to install printers.Has anybody else experienced this?

Windows 7 wont install drivers

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

 

Microsoft Print to PDF driver is not listed under Manufactuer or in Windows features.

If you're unable to locate Microsoft Print to PDF driver in device manager, we suggest you follow the steps below:

• Type Troubleshooting in the search bar.
• Click Troubleshooting.
• On the pop-up window, click Hardware and Sound.
• Under Printing, click Printer troubleshooter.
• Click Next, and follow the on-screen prompts.

The troubleshooter will scan for any missing drivers and will help you install it.
