Windows 10: Username not displayed on Lock Screen - LTSC 2019

Hello!

Been having an issue trying to get a locked user’s username to display on the Lock Screen, to notify users who is using the terminal and only prompt for password.

I’ve attempted all GPOs and items I could find. I’ve disabled fast switching, disabled the GPOs Don’t show last user information at login. I have the GPO set to display user information on Lock Screen.

I’ve changed every single GPO I can find, applied gpupdate /force every time. Restarted the machine to see if that’s what’s stopping the settings.

I’m a noob here and I’m really struggling to figure this out

Office 2019

Only supported on Win10. Sorry, 8.1 users, only 4 years old, gotta go.

Last year at Ignite, we announced Office 2019 – the next perpetual version of Office that includes apps (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and Skype for Business) and servers (including Exchange, SharePoint, and Skype for Business). Today we’re pleased to share the following updates:

• Office 2019 will ship in H2 of 2018. Previews of the new apps and servers will start shipping in the second quarter of 2018.
• Office 2019 apps will be supported on:
  • Any supported Windows 10 SAC release
  • Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2018
  • The next LTSC release of Windows Server
• The Office 2019 client apps will be released with Click-to-Run installation technology only. We will not provide MSI as a deployment methodology for Office 2019 clients. We will continue to provide MSI for Office Server products.

 

Lock screen not showing username

(Windows 10 1909)
When I lock screen from my current login, my username is not displayed to indicate that i am currently using the PC. It is now showing username as blank.

When someone else tried to login using another credential, it is not able to and there is a prompt that the PC is being lock but it did not state which username lock the PC.

I have enabled "Do not display last username in Logon Screen" policy as I do not want last username to be displayed when no one has login to the PC.

I have set "User display name" for "Display user information when the session is locked"

How do I show the username that is currently locking the PC?

- I guess this is a translation as it's not exactly as that on my UK GUI
