    We are using RRAS and DUO two factor authentication. Our users are able to sign in using their AD credentials, but for the password they are using a hardware token appended to the password.ExampleUsername: jdoePassword: MyPassword,1234567The user is able to be authenticated and signed in. Shortly after the session starts, their AD account is locked out. We have worked with DUO well over a month, and it seems they have no help to provide and are putting this on the way microsoft is caching the user credentials.What we have done so far:Removed all stored credentials from credential managerMod
