Windows 10: Users file is missing windows 11

Hello,I recently reformatted my PC as some files were missing/not working and it seemed corrupted. Everything was running fine until I got the same issue again a couple months in when trying to run Firefox "Firefox is already running but is not responding". After re-installing it persists. When looking in my User's folder under C I realized there are no users besides "Public". I followed some basic troubleshooting from this forum such as trying to create a new desktop folder under regedit but could use some assistance at this point please.I have tried to attach screenshots however it gives me

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

• Double click on C: drive.
• Open Users > double click on your user name.
• Open Desktop and check if you can find missing files.
