Windows 10: Users folder on Windows 8.1

Discus and support Users folder on Windows 8.1 in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I have a 'USERS' folder on my 'C' and 'D' partition...I don't know why.I need to delete the USERS folder on the 'D' drive so I can delete the...     Users folder on Windows 8.1


    I have a 'USERS' folder on my 'C' and 'D' partition...I don't know why.I need to delete the USERS folder on the 'D' drive so I can delete the partition.Windows won't allow me to delete the D USERS folder because it says a file is being used in another location, I am assuming this is used in the USERS folder in the C drive.Any suggestions?Thank you
