    Unable to VPN to NAT device

    I'm unable to connect to a Synology NAT device via a VPN connection. I have Windows 10. I've tried everything I can find on the internet including adding HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\IPsec\AssumeUDPEncapsulationContextOnSendRule
    (DWORD) = 2 to the REGEDIT as suggested in a Microsoft support document

    Hello.
    I can not configure vpn (L2TP) on Windows 10 1809.
    I get an error associated with NAT.
    Code:
    Advice from the official site associated with the key AssumeUDPEncapsulationContextOnSendRule executed. Did not help.
    I performed the connection from my ios devices, everything works there.
    Please help solve the problem, already tried all the tips from google
