Ran CCleaner
Ran sfc //scannow (No problems found)

Installed HWmonitor. Battery is fine, hardware seemed normal. Opened serverla browsers/PDFs, temps did not higher than normal.


I unchecked .NET framework 4.8, rebooted, and rechecked. Some have reported this to fix the error codes listed above.






Is there any other known fixes for this problem?
