  1. Using 85% 15GB RAM - Task Manager shows 5GB used?

I have 16GB of RAM installed so in the region of 15GB the PC gets slow and gets hiccups. What I have noticed that on both Windows 10 and 11 after upgrade the RAM is reaching max with no apparent reason, With just 3 programs open, for example, little video in Vegas pro, A browser and Word or Corel Draw. All apps when added up in Task Manager do not add up to 15GB, they total to just a third or maybe half of that, which is more realistic as a year ago I had just 8GB PC and it was manageable, now I have twice the RAM, much faster CPU and the RAM gets somehow filled very quickly by some invisible s

    • Turn the computer on.
    • If you see an invitation to press the F2 or other key to enter Setup, do so.

  3. Ram on Task manager

    1* - You have 2 RAM of 4GB

2* - Task Manager shows you have 8GB

    3* - 3.8GB(in use) + 3.8GB(cached) + 0.624MB(Hardware Reserved) + 0.230MB(Pool) = 8GB(approx. more)

    Note:

    • 1GB = 1024MB
    • It seems you have more than 8GB RAM
    • You might be using any RAM Boost Software

  4. Using 85% 15GB RAM - Task Manager shows 5GB used?

    Combining OneDrive's 5Gb for 3 devices into 15Gb

I was wondering why one is restricted to only 5Gb on OneDrive when I have three devices using Windows 10 and would like to have a combined total of 15Gb. If each machine had a different profile then I could have 5Gb per profile. Why am I punished to
only 5Gb when using one profile as this is not much for sharing data among 3 machines. I am currently paying Google 1.99 for 100Gb which I would be willing to pay that also for Onedrive but I think their current pricing is too much.
