Windows 10: Using a Bluetooth Mouse on a Dual Boot Windows System

I have a dual boot laptop with 2 Windows 11 hard drive partitions. One hard drive partition is my regular stable Windows 11 for everyday activities and the other is a Windows Insider Partition for testing the latest OS changes. I prefer to use a bluetooth mouse, but everytime I move from one hard drive partition to the other, the mouse has to be re-paired with the operating system. Is there a bluetooth mouse where the re-pairing does not have to be done? Is there a simple way to make a bluetooth mouse to retain it's settings with both hard drives?

How to dual pair Bluetooth mouse with dual boot Win10/Win10


Hello, I have a dual boot Win 10 Pro/Win 10 Pro system. However, everytime I switch OS, I have to re-pair my Bluetooth mouse with that OS again. I have tried many methods online specifically for Win 7,8 /Linux dual boot, however it doesn't work with Windows 10.

Does anyone know any trick to make both OS recognize my Bluetooth mouse without re-pairing every single time? My bluetooth card is internal (Intel Wireless AC-3165 with BT).

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Bluetooth mouse not working

If you are talking about the W7/10 dual boot? It shouldn't have any issues with the driver being installed for both systems as they run independently. Bluetooth is still just a connection medium like USB, it just happens to be wireless. This means a device connecting via Bluetooth will still need to have W10 drivers to connect and work. My suggestion would be to consider how much time and energy you are putting into getting the mouse working versus buying a new mouse that is W10 compatible.
