Windows 10: Using a Network computer remotely and can't login

I work for a company that has Dell laptops using Windows 10 build 19044I have a user who was working on their computer on Friday in the office then took their computer home and now can't remember their network password to login to the computeris there a way, apart from using a local password, to get her logged into the computer?is there anyway that I can log in as a local admin perhaps and get a new password synched with the machine without staying logged in as the local admin all day?Thanks

How to remove "HP Connected Remote" as a sign in account ?

HP Connected Remote is an app that comes preinstalled on select Windows HP computers. I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it resolves this issue.

• On the Windows 10 Start screen, type hp connected remote.
• Click HP Connected Remote from the Apps search results.
• Click Settings, and make sure Enable HP Connected Remote is turned On.

Remote Desktop can't connect to the remote computer

We suggest that you disable any security program on your computer and check if it resolves the issue.

Then follow the steps below to ensure remote desktop is enabled:

• Click Start.
• Click on File Explorer.
• Right-click This PC.
• Select Properties.
• Click Remote settings in the upper left hand corner.
• Ensure the option Allow remote connection to this computer and
  Allow Remote Assistance connection to this computer is selected.
• Click Apply and OK.
• Reboot the PC for the changes to take effect.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
