Windows 10: Using a Samsung QCQ90 QLED 4k TV, some letters are not displaying properly intermittently

Hello, I am using Windows 11 with the latest updates and my video card is RTX 2060. I am using a Samsung QLED TV QCQ90 as my display right now and I encounter issues when display some letters please see hyperlink of screenshot. Do note that this happens randomly meaning its not always the same letters or menu items. When I click other menu items for example, it sometimes goes back to displaying the correct letters. This does not happen when I use my PC in my LG 4K Monitor. I have also tried switching HDMI cables. Still no luckHope you can point me to the right direction on how to fix this.Th
